How does Usomo work?

The Usomo Platform is designed to make VoIP as accessible as possible to anyone who recognises both the cost and feature benefits of VoIP, but doesn't want the hassle of setting up their own phone system. In just three simple steps, anyone can get VoIP for their business.

Step One

Select your call plan. We have 3 plans to choose from; unlimited landline minutes, UK500 anywhere minutes, UK1000 anywhere minutes. Contracts are 18 months in length, and have various mixes of landline and mobile minutes. If you go over your monthly allowance, you'll be transferred on to our Standard Call Charges until the following month.

Step Two

Choose your free phone. Our call plans each come with a free phone. You can view all available VoIP phones in our Pay Monthly Handsets section. Each telephone comes with its own VoIP number, or you can choose to Transfer your Number to us. If you'd like to transfer your current number, you'll still need a temporary number whilst your number ports across. We select what we think are the best available numbers in the area code you have chosen, however if you'd like to browse our numbers and choose your own, this can be done during the checkout process. By selecting a Usomo tariff, you get every one of our Included Platform Features- including the features specific to the phone.

Step Three

That's it. Simply wait for your new phone to arrive. All Usomo Pay Monthly Handsets arrive preconfigured, meaning that all you need to do is plug the phone into your router, and you're ready to experience the benefits of Voice over IP.
