We use our own dedicated servers to store your data. These secure data servers are located in London, Dublin and Germany. Access to these servers is controlled both physically and technologically.

Intrusion Detection and Prevention:

Our servers recognise 3rd party intrusion, and immediately block it. Firewall Protection: Both locally and at the network appliance level. Penetration Testing: A third party organisation provides periodic penetration testing to enable us best to protect our servers from vulnerabilities

SSL:

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). A padlock will show on your browser, indicating that our website is secure

Encryption of Sensitive Data:

We employ industry leading asymmetric encryption techniques to ensure the security of credit card details, password etc.

Restricted Access to Information:

No Usomo staff member has access to customer credit card details or passwords. In terms of services such as fax to email, Usomo staff will not access this information unless requested by the Police, or any other legally entitled authority. We may also access such information in the event of a fault, however will seek your permission to do so beforehand.
